Return Policy

For Sanitary reasons, Bralief is a NON-REFUNDABLE item.

Defective Product: Replacements will be processed for Defective Product within 30 days of purchase. The Company reserves the right to approve any and all replacements. Requests for replacement must be first emailed to Info@happybirthdaybralief.com. Product with any obvious wear or use will not be accepted. Defective product must be shipped in the original packaging and returned to sender with your receipt/proof of purchase. Once received and approved, the Company will replace the product and ship it to the customer with no additional shipping charges.

Shipping & Delivery

All U.S. orders will be shipped via First Class Mail with delivery tracking. Please allow 1 week for your order arrival. There may be a 2 week wait for your order arrival during certain holiday seasons.

At this time, merchandise is shipped to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, merchandise ships to Canada (additional fees may apply), but not to other international locations without prior authorization.

International Orders: All CANADA orders are shipped using a flat rate. All other international orders and certain APO orders require additional postage cost for shipment and tracking. We ship these orders via global, priority international mail or FedEx. The cost will depend on the weight & destination of the order. Risk/Loss: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is confirmed to have shipped via confirmation email. We are not responsible for orders unclaimed after shipment from our facility. If an order is returned to us for unknown or wrong address provided by the Customer, the Customer will be contacted via email to make other shipping arrangements. Additional shipping charges may apply.
